Troubleshooting

Sticker generation, quality or motion is blocked

Use the failure stage and preserve successful work rather than restarting everything.

Recover deliberately

  1. Allow the pack and provider status to finish loading. Refresh status to inspect existing work.
  2. Check project access, Pro allowance and whether the provider is configured. A disabled generation button can reflect one of those prerequisites.
  3. Read the failure stage: generation, background removal, transparency, browser alpha, cutout, Telegram preparation or release.
  4. Keep successful versions. Retry only the failing step when the offered recovery allows it.
  5. Review the resulting image or motion visually. Do not accept a fake checkerboard or unwanted border as transparent artwork.
  6. For publication, wait for all checks to finish and confirm a selected Ready community.
  7. For live stickers, use candidate review/replacement; do not expect direct regeneration to overwrite the Telegram set.

Motion-specific recovery

Generation, approving Current Motion, preparing a Telegram derivative and releasing to the pack are separate. Read each confirmation for paid work and effects. A normalization retry can reuse completed processing rather than recreating motion. Nothing should be assumed released merely because a preview exists.

Prevent duplicate costs

Do not repeatedly press generation while a run is processing. A failed A/B/C variation does not erase the current successful static image. If provider status is unknown, re-check before starting new work.
