Check the actual project
- Select the intended project.
- Open Settings & Billing and read Plan & Billing.
- Check the displayed plan, lifecycle or cancellation state and any allowance notice before starting paid work.
- Complete Project Identity if the upgrade control asks you to do so.
- Use the displayed Upgrade or Manage Billing control according to the current status.
Important boundaries
The platform owner account displays unrestricted access and does not represent Free or Pro customer limits. Service Partner approval does not include a client subscription or unlimited client AI usage. Each client pays Cartel HQ directly for its own plan.
The audit verified published pricing and the billing implementation; it did not make a customer purchase or complete a payment flow. The live billing panel and checkout are authoritative if pricing or availability changes.
