Who we are

These documents are offered by Berthony Petit Frere, an individual operating as a Texas sole proprietor ("Operator", "we", "us"). Pepe Cartel and CARTEL HQ are brand and product names used by the Operator; they are not separate legal entities or registered DBAs.

Categories of information

Account data (email address, authentication identifiers); workspace and project data you enter (project identity, launch details, links, media); Telegram identifiers and group information when you connect Telegram; billing records (plan, subscription status and payment-processor references — card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by us); usage and technical logs; partner-program records if you apply (application, role, referral records, ledger and payout records).

Purposes

To provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process payments, deliver notifications you request, operate the partner program, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

Service providers and processors

We use service providers as needed to operate the features you choose, including Supabase for database, authentication and storage services; Lovable for application development and hosting services; Resend for transactional email; Stripe for payments; Telegram for connected messaging features; X for connected social features; and AI providers only when you invoke an AI-assisted feature. Each provider processes information under its own terms and data practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer. The legal classification of particular disclosures remains subject to legal review.

International transfers

CARTEL HQ is currently a limited United States beta. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, the relevant provider's contractual or other lawful transfer mechanism applies; those arrangements remain subject to legal review.

Local storage and referral tokens

The app uses browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. If you arrive through a partner referral link, the browser stores a referral reference and its expiry so attribution can be confirmed after sign-up. We do not collect IP addresses or device fingerprints for referral attribution.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service and to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution and fraud-prevention obligations. Retention varies by record type and provider. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline that the service does not enforce.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact legal@pepecartelhq.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a court action, the party raising a dispute must send a written notice to legal@pepecartelhq.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith informal resolution process. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may bring it in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas. Nothing in this section removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
