Access checklist
- Confirm you are signed in to the intended account.
- Check the project selector and page project label. Different projects have separate data and plan state.
- If you work as a Service Partner, review the specific scopes granted for this client. Approval alone gives no client access.
- Open Plan & Billing to check the actual selected project’s plan. Complete Project Identity if checkout is gated.
- Allow loading to finish. If the displayed operation failed, use the offered Retry or refresh that view and read the resulting error.
- For Mini App access, open it inside Telegram through the bot; ordinary website sign-in does not supply Telegram context.
Expected limitations
Owner-only administrative and deployment tools are not customer features. Delegated Missions access does not expose all Telegram/admin actions. The client retains billing and ownership. General ownership transfer and team-roster management are not verified public workflows.
Authentication boundary
Use the current sign-in and email confirmation flow. Do not send passwords or one-time codes to another person to troubleshoot access. If the product does not offer a recovery control, this guide cannot confirm a hidden workaround.
Related guides
Create an account and sign in
Use the existing email and password flow and complete any email confirmation.
Create or switch projects
Keep different identities, clients and assets separated using the existing project selector.
Free and Pro: what is included
Use the advertised plan information and the selected project’s current billing status.
Invite, limit or revoke a Service Partner
Grant specific project work without transferring ownership or billing control.
Open the Mini App from Telegram
Use the bot’s Telegram entry point; a normal browser URL does not authenticate the Mini App.
