Refund & Cancellation Policy

Who we are

These documents are offered by Berthony Petit Frere, an individual operating as a Texas sole proprietor ("Operator", "we", "us"). Pepe Cartel and CARTEL HQ are brand and product names used by the Operator; they are not separate legal entities or registered DBAs.

CARTEL HQ is currently offered as a limited United States beta. Customer, billing and refund support: support@pepecartelhq.com. Legal and privacy notices: legal@pepecartelhq.com.

Cancellation

You can cancel CARTEL HQ Pro at any time from Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro features remain available until then. There are no prorated refunds or credits for unused time.

Refunds

To the extent permitted by law, fees are generally non-refundable once billed, except: (a) duplicate charges; (b) unauthorized charges; (c) refunds required by applicable law; and (d) where the Operator fails to provide the purchased access after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.

Any discretionary credit or refund we choose to give does not create an obligation or precedent for future requests.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a court action, the party raising a dispute must send a written notice to legal@pepecartelhq.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith informal resolution process. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may bring it in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas. Nothing in this section removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
