Review and release

  1. Open Quality & Release. Allow server transparency, browser alpha and Telegram cutout checks to finish.
  2. Review each sticker visually as well as its checks. A checkerboard painted into an image is not real transparency.
  3. Adjust emoji and search keywords if needed and use Save emoji & keywords.
  4. Use Export / backup if you want an optional local copy of eligible stickers. Export is separate from Telegram publishing.
  5. In Community targets, select the verified groups you actually intend to receive the pack.
  6. Read the Publish & send to communities summary. For a new set, choose Publish pack & send and review the confirmation before confirming Publish & send.
  7. Check Published stickers, per-sticker Telegram status and each community result. Use Open sticker pack to inspect the actual Telegram set.

The release path

Quality checks, optional export, Telegram pack, communities and recurring Sticker Drops are distinct stages.

Quality & Release: the five release stages and quality-check readiness. Production example captured 30 September 2026. Your project, counts and status will differ. Select the image to enlarge.

One pack, one set

The pack creates one Telegram sticker set shared with selected communities. Later eligible publishing adds missing reviewed stickers to the existing set instead of recreating it. Add to New Community sends the existing pack to newly selected groups. It does not create a duplicate set.

Test and group capability

Send test sticker to community posts a real native sticker to one selected verified group. Select exactly one group for that test. Basic groups and supergroups can receive the pack link and native stickers. Telegram’s official group sticker set is separate and optional.

If a release is blocked

Wait until checks finish, review failed stickers, verify selected group readiness and refresh Telegram status. Do not regard transient Loading, Not published or Bot not configured text during initial loading as a final state. Follow the loaded result.

Service Partner boundary

This is an owner creative tool. The delegated Sticker tools scope does not grant Sticker Lab generation, uploads, pack publishing or native send tests. The project owner prepares and publishes packs first; a partner can then only schedule drops from published packs in the managed Sticker Drops panel.
