What motion changes

Motion Studio attaches animation to one sticker. Generating motion does not immediately change the current static image, Current Motion or Telegram. A released motion derivative replaces that one sticker in the existing set; it does not automatically post a message to a group.

Follow the motion workflow

  1. Open Motion Studio on the intended approved static sticker. Verify its image and label.
  2. In Create Motion, choose the offered quick preset or custom motion direction. Review the generation confirmation, which starts paid provider work.
  3. Wait for the version and inspect the preview. Choose Set Current Motion only for the version you approve; that approval alone does not publish to Telegram.
  4. Use Prepare for Telegram for the approved motion. Review its separate media-processing confirmation and wait for a Telegram-ready result.
  5. Use Release to Pack only when you intend to replace this one sticker inside the existing Telegram set. Read and confirm the real-change summary.
  6. Check Motion Live / Live in sticker pack and inspect the Telegram set. To send a community message, use the separate send action after selecting a Ready community.

Expected states

Create Motion, Prepare for Telegram and Release to Pack each show their own progress. Version History identifies Current Motion. Motion Live means the animated version is released in the pack, not that it was posted to every community.

Failures and cost

The confirmations explain billable provider work and no automatic retry. A normalization-only retry is different from generating another motion version or repeating background removal. Follow the specific offered recovery; do not restart the entire pipeline unnecessarily.

Service Partner boundary

This is an owner creative tool. The delegated Sticker tools scope does not grant Sticker Lab generation, uploads, pack publishing or native send tests. The project owner prepares and publishes packs first; a partner can then only schedule drops from published packs in the managed Sticker Drops panel.
