Configure a schedule

  1. Open Sticker Drops for the selected project. Choose Configure for the intended group, or Edit for an existing schedule.
  2. Choose the published pack. Confirm the Group field matches your intended community.
  3. Choose 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes, or Custom between 15 and 720 minutes.
  4. Set Active from and Active until. Use the same start and end for all-day delivery.
  5. Set Daily cap and the schedule Timezone using the valid timezone identifier shown by the form, such as America/New_York.
  6. Choose Silent posting, No immediate repeat and either the whole approved pack or selected stickers as offered.
  7. Press Save schedule. For a new schedule, saving does not start drops. Use Enable sticker drops when ready to start delivery.
  8. Check Active, next due time and Delivery history.

Where the settings are

The schedule dialog keeps the group, pack, interval, time window and cap together.

Edit sticker drops: pack selection, frequency, active window, cap and timezone. Production example captured 30 September 2026. Your project, counts and status will differ. Select the image to enlarge.

Pause versus delete

Pause drops stops that schedule while preserving its settings. Emergency pause applies across the project and preserves each schedule’s configuration and individual state. Lifting it does not turn an individually paused schedule into an active one. Delete schedule removes the configuration; use it deliberately.

Timing limitation

The server scheduler checks due drops every five minutes. A drop can arrive a few minutes after its displayed due time. A paused schedule, daily cap, inactive time window or bot failure can prevent a send.

Next step

Review Delivery history instead of repeatedly saving the same configuration to force delivery.

Service Partner boundary

In a delegated client workspace, Sticker tools is the published-pack Sticker Drops panel in /telegram. Partners can save, enable, disable and delete schedules for already published packs and connected groups. They cannot generate or upload stickers, publish packs, run native send tests or use the project emergency pause, which stays with the owner.
