On this page
Upgrade to Pro
- Select the project and open Plan & Billing.
- If Complete Project Identity is shown, follow it and save the required profile fields, then return.
- Review the plan and current policy consent. Agree only after reading the linked policies.
- Choose the displayed Upgrade to Pro control. The current advertised price is $49/month.
- Review the actual Stripe checkout, price and terms before paying.
- Return to Cartel HQ and wait for the confirmed billing status. Returning from checkout alone is not proof that Pro has activated.
Manage or cancel
- Open the same project’s Plan & Billing section.
- Use Manage Billing when it is available for your subscription.
- In the billing portal, review the subscription and use the relevant management or cancellation option.
- Return and inspect the confirmed plan state. If the product shows an end date after cancellation, use that date rather than assuming immediate termination.
Troubleshooting
For payment attention or past-due states, use the displayed billing-management control. If the return page has not updated, allow subscription processing to finish and refresh the plan view. Do not buy repeatedly to force activation.
Access limits
A Service Partner cannot manage the client’s billing, change subscription ownership or take over the project. Do not send your password or payment-card details to a partner. Checkout and portal screens were not transacted during this audit.
