Service Partner Program
Invite, limit or revoke a Service Partner
Grant specific project work without transferring ownership or billing control.
- Who can use it
- Client project owners; approved partners accept through their own accounts
- Where to find it
- Settings & Billing → Service Partner access
- Before you start
- A client-owned selected project
- The approved partner’s Cartel HQ sign-in email
On this page
Invite the partner
- Select your own client project and open Settings & Billing.
- Find Service Partner access. Enter the partner’s existing Cartel HQ sign-in email, not a Telegram handle.
- Select only the permissions needed for the agreed work. Review all checked scopes before sending.
- Choose Send invitation. The partner must accept in its own Partners screen before the delegated access becomes active.
- Review the access entry and status. An invitation is not an ownership transfer.
Available scopes
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Project identity | Project Profile identity work. |
| Community management | Basic welcome controls for groups the client already connected; no bot connect, reconnect or disconnect, admin-permission setup or Launch Watch CTA settings. |
| Broadcasts | Plain-text posts to connected groups: Review broadcast, then Post broadcast. No branded media, logo, CTA or setup controls. |
| Launch Watch communications | Updates for existing eligible launches: Preview and send, then Send update. No lifecycle, schedule, contract or launcher administration. |
| Sticker tools | The published-pack Sticker Drops panel in /telegram. No Sticker Lab generation, uploads, pack publishing, native send tests or emergency pause. |
| Missions | Read history, metrics and timeline, and edit project-wide future defaults. No delegated start, close, resurface or advanced controls. |
| Project inbox | Read and reply to member conversations; uncertain deliveries are acknowledged, never resent automatically. |
Managed workspace versus the owner’s workspace
A partner works in a delegated managed workspace: only the panels for granted scopes appear, and each action is checked against the client’s plan and the partner’s current scopes. The owner’s full workspace keeps every other tool, including Sticker Lab, launch administration, bot connection, billing and settings. Revoking a scope removes the matching managed panel immediately.
Change or remove access
- Find the existing partner access entry for the selected project.
- Change only the scopes you intend to alter and use Save permissions.
- Use Revoke when you want to end access. Read the confirmation and verify the resulting status.
- Review client work and saved configurations separately; removing access is not deleting the client project.
What never transfers
These scopes do not grant project ownership, billing or subscription ownership, wallets, private keys, treasury control, production deployment or launch execution, or platform administration. A partner’s membership in the program alone grants no client access.
Verification limit
The owner invitation form and seven scopes were inspected live. Invitation acceptance, managed-project switching and revocation were reviewed in implementation but were not exercised with a real approved partner, to avoid granting access during a documentation audit.
