Current status and model

Applications were open in production during the 30 September 2026 audit. The current program is a limited U.S. beta under its displayed agreement. There is no fee to apply or be approved and no purchase required for approval.

Partners can charge their own clients for services they agree to deliver using actual Cartel HQ tools. Cartel HQ does not pay commissions, guarantee leads, clients, income or results under this program. The Affiliate Program remains closed and deferred.

Recommended client workflow

1. Agree your service scope, price, responsibilities and confidentiality in your own agreement.
2. The client creates its own Cartel HQ account and project and chooses its own plan.
3. The client invites the approved Service Partner through Service Partner access using only the needed permission scopes.
4. The partner accepts the invitation in its own account and works within those scopes.
5. Document what was delivered and have the client review it. The client can reduce or revoke access at any time using the product controls.

Subscriptions and marketing rules

Clients pay Cartel HQ directly. Partners may not resell, mark up or collect payment for Cartel HQ subscriptions. Partners handle their own service fees, taxes, client support and refund policy.

Use the current agreement and required disclosure for promotion. Do not claim to be Cartel HQ staff, promise earnings or investment returns, guarantee token safety or results, use fake engagement, or promote features that are not live. Approval is not automatic access to any client project.
