Upload source artwork

  1. Open Assets and confirm the project name.
  2. Under Add source material, choose the Asset type that describes the file, such as Logo, Mascot or Reference image.
  3. Choose file. General source uploads accept images up to 25MB.
  4. Press the displayed Upload action and wait for the file to appear in Creative library.
  5. Filter by asset type if needed. Use Open to view or download through the current short-lived link.
  6. Return to Project Profile, Brand Kit or Sticker Lab to choose the applicable saved asset.

Private storage

The vault is protected by project access. Previews and downloads use short-lived links. Do not copy an expiring preview URL as a permanent public asset address.

Managed outputs and deletion

Motion source and Telegram motion outputs are labeled Managed by Sticker Lab. Manage them through the studio rather than treating them as ordinary uploads. Deleting an ordinary asset cannot be undone through the displayed flow and can break references elsewhere. Check all uses and keep a backup before confirming deletion.

Troubleshooting

For a missing preview, allow the link to refresh and reopen the page. For an upload error, check type, size and selected project. A 25MB vault limit does not override the stricter PNG/JPEG 10MB logo requirement for branded broadcasts.

Service Partner boundary

This is an owner creative tool. The delegated Sticker tools scope does not grant Sticker Lab generation, uploads, pack publishing or native send tests. The project owner prepares and publishes packs first; a partner can then only schedule drops from published packs in the managed Sticker Drops panel.
