Build the creative guide

  1. Open Brand Kit and enter Brand name, Ticker and Description.
  2. Add the official Website, X profile and Telegram links used in creative work. These do not automatically synchronize to Project Profile.
  3. Enter Colours and Fonts. Colours can be separated by commas or newlines.
  4. Add Style notes, Approved phrases and Prohibited styles. State the visual identity and what artwork must avoid.
  5. If using Character Lock, enable it and fill Subject name, Protected traits, Identity notes, Wardrobe & accessories and Never change.
  6. Choose up to three eligible canonical references already in Asset Vault. Selecting them records references rather than uploading duplicate files.
  7. Press Create Brand Kit for a new kit or Save changes for an existing kit.

What it is used for

Sticker Lab can reuse saved creative guidance and applicable project assets. Character Lock defines identity constraints; it does not guarantee identical AI output. Always review generated artwork.

Common mistakes

Project Profile and Brand Kit serve different purposes. Filling empty profile fields from Brand Kit is a one-time copy. Deleting a referenced Asset Vault file can remove its availability for creative work.

Service Partner boundary

This is an owner creative tool. The delegated Sticker tools scope does not grant Sticker Lab generation, uploads, pack publishing or native send tests. The project owner prepares and publishes packs first; a partner can then only schedule drops from published packs in the managed Sticker Drops panel.
