On this page
Create the draft
- Open Launch Control and confirm the selected project.
- Choose New launch. The dialog prefills values from Project Profile without modifying that profile.
- Review Token name, Ticker, Chain and Public launch slug. Use a unique valid slug for this launch page.
- Read the timezone recorded from this device.
- Choose Create draft launch. The new launch starts in Draft. Nothing is saved merely by opening the dialog.
- Select the launch and open Details to edit supported launch information. Use Save launch details after changes.
Expected result
The launch appears under Project launches and can be selected independently of other launches belonging to the same project. A draft is a launch record, not a deployed token. A public launch page requires the project profile to be published and the launch to leave Draft.
Common mistakes
Do not reuse an existing launch slug, confuse the launch slug with the project slug, or expect creation to execute a transaction. Multiple launches under one project still share that project’s official identity.
