What is actually available
Deploy & Contract exposes launch readiness, treasury signer preparation and evidence-bound registration controls according to the launch and role. There is no unrestricted public token-factory or liquidity execution workflow in the audited product. Platform-owner Testnet Lab and Mainnet Deployment navigation is not a standard customer capability.
Treasury preparation
Where the form is offered, it records three public 0x signer wallet addresses for a fixed 2-of-3 treasury. These are three signers for one treasury, not three token-recipient wallets. Saving signer wallets does not create a Safe, sign a transaction, move funds or authorize launch. A Safe is a wallet requiring the configured approvals for its transactions. Never enter a seed phrase or private key.
Read registration readiness
- Select the intended launch and open Deploy & Contract.
- Read Official contract, Why and What happens next. If verified production deployment evidence is missing, registration remains blocked.
- At the eligible Contract pending stage, any offered registration derives the address from a verified deployment record rather than accepting an arbitrary typed address.
- Review the recorded result and registration history. Corrections retain earlier history rather than overwriting it.
- If you intend to communicate a registered contract, review Notify watchers and Post to community separately. Registration or correction alone does not notify or post.
Current protected PEPECARTEL path
The live PEPECARTEL launch showed its protected production path blocked pending its specific prerequisites. This help center does not instruct users to bypass that state, use owner-only tools or perform mainnet/liquidity actions. A generic deployment request, where offered to an eligible project, is a request record rather than a signed deployment transaction.

Continue the identity, schedule, community and communications tasks that are available. Actual contract execution and financial actions need their separately authorized operational process; they were not performed in this audit.
