Prepare and share

Open Launch Control and select the intended launch. Check its lifecycle and schedule.
Follow the available next action to open the watchlist when the launch is eligible. Do not use the lifecycle rail as a set of arbitrary stage buttons.
Open Launch Watch. Check that the panel indicates it is accepting new watchers.
Use Copy link to copy this launch’s Telegram deep link. Share that link or use a saved welcome/broadcast Launch Watch invitation.
A member opens the link privately in @PepeCartelHQBot and taps Start. This is the explicit opt-in.
Review aggregate active watchers and confirmation health after opt-ins occur.

What you should see

The panel provides Copy link and Open Telegram, audience counts and reminder state.

Limits

A group join, group broadcast or welcome card does not by itself subscribe a member. A copied link is launch-specific. Operators do not get a list of individual watcher Telegram identities. Opening the watchlist does not arm countdown delivery.
