Review and notify
- Save the schedule change in Launch Control using Save launch details.
- Read the Schedule changed notice. Saving the schedule does not itself notify watchers.
- Use Review & notify in Community Command or open Broadcasts for that launch.
- Review the Previous schedule and New schedule. They are supplied by the product.
- Optionally add a plain-text explanation, up to 800 characters.
- Choose Notify watchers if you intend to send it. Choose Dismiss without notifying if you intend to record that decision without sending.
- Check the resulting communication record and delivery status.
Timezone warning
Schedule inputs and displayed times use this device’s timezone and are stored as absolute timestamps. The launch can also display a recorded timezone label. Read both labels carefully; changing a label is not arbitrary timezone conversion.
Common mistake
Do not assume the schedule was announced merely because the form was saved or the lifecycle advanced. Schedule change decisions and generic watcher updates are separate tools.
