Connection checklist

  1. Confirm the selected Cartel HQ project and intended Telegram group.
  2. If the personal account is pending, open the fresh private connection link and tap Start using the intended Telegram account.
  3. If the one-time group link expired, create a fresh one. Use /cartelhq in an already-installed group while that link is active.
  4. Confirm you are a group administrator and the bot is an administrator with Change Group Info.
  5. Return to Telegram tab and use Re-check status for the intended group. Read Capability & technical detail.
  6. Fix the reported reason, then check again. If the Telegram service itself is unavailable, do not keep reinstalling the bot to solve a platform-service issue.
